Place the scallops in a medium bowl, then add the butter, garlic and seasonings. Mix until scallops are completely coated. Spray basket with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Then place the scallops in a single layer in the fryer basket. Deep-fry scallops at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and opaque.
I make this recipe in my 5.8-liter Cosori deep fryer. Depending on the size and power of your fryer, the cooking time may need to be adjusted by 1 to 2 minutes.
FAQ
Can I store leftover scallops? Allow the scallops to cool completely before storing. Place them in an airtight container or resealable storage bag in your refrigerator for up to 4 days. If you plan to freeze them, first wrap them in plastic wrap, then place them in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 months. Can I use frozen scallops? Frozen scallops can be placed directly into your deep fryer for cooking. However, if you want to use a marinade or season them, let them thaw in the fridge overnight or place the bag of scallops in a bowl of cold water and they will thaw in 15 to 20 minutes. What other ways are there of preparing scallops? Scallops wrapped in prosciutto or fryer bacon have a sweet, salty flavor that's delicious. Use panko breadcrumbs, Italian breadcrumbs or ground crackers to make a crust so these tasty bites are super crispy.

It's a pity there are no recipes for traditional roast beef and pot-au-feu, and you don't know which symbol to use for which preparation.
Thanks for the recipes, I've just received my air fryer ninja.
