All you need are a few ingredients to prepare this easy, low-carb dish.
How to prepare turkey meatballs in a hot air fryer
Preheat fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper for easy cleanup.Add ground turkey, bell bell pepper, parsley, egg and seasonings to a bowl. Mix well. Use a scoop or tablespoon to shape each meatball into 1 ¼" balls. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the prepared fryer basket, leaving space betweek the meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove the cooked turkey meatballs from the fryer and continue cooking the remaining meatballs.
Note: All air fryers cook differently. You may need to adjust the cooking time up or down depending on the wattage of your fryer. It's always best to try a small portion of a new recipe in case you need to adjust the cooking time.

If you want to make these meatballs but don't have turkey, you can also use this same recipe with lean ground beef or lean ground chicken.
