What you need to prepare stuffed mushrooms in the deep fryer.
I prepare them in my Cosori deep fryer, which can easily cook a whole batch. If you have a smaller fryer, you may need to work in batches. In addition to a deep fryer, you'll need this recipe:

Ingredients
white mushrooms (or small Portobellos)cream cheese - I love making these with cream cheese, like Philly. You can use a lower-fat cream cheese and turkey bacon for a low-fat topping.pork bacon- or turkey bacon for a lower-fat optionshredded cheddar cheesepeppergarlic powder - or you can use a chopped fresh garlic clove.
How to prepare stuffed mushrooms in the deep fryer?
To make this recipe, clean the mushrooms in cold water. Then remove the tops of the mushrooms from the stems and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the crumbled bacon, grated cheese, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir until well combined and creamy. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, filling the mushroom cavities. Once all the mushrooms are filled, spray or brush the basket lightly with oil, then carefully place the stuffed mushrooms in the basket of the deep fryer without stacking or overlapping them. Fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 to 7 minutes, until the tops of the mushrooms are golden brown. As fryer cooking times may vary, if the mushrooms are not golden after frying, add an additional 2-3 minutes to the cooking time. Garnish with grated Parmesan, chopped onions or parsley flakes.

Most mushrooms are cleaned and packaged, but it may be necessary to rinse them. Mushrooms should be gently brushed under cold water to remove any dirt, then dried immediately. Do not soak mushrooms. What type of mushrooms should I use for this recipe? I prefer white button, portobello or baby bella mushrooms for this recipe.
