Big Mac recipe with Air Fryer Ninja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • 2 burger buns with a third central slice (Big Mac type)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 chopped steaks (about 50g each)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 handful chopped lettuce<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 slices gherkin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    For the Big Mac sauce :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 tsp. mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 tsp. white vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1\/2 teaspoon onion powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1\/2 teaspoon paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1 teaspoon relish (or chopped gherkins)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Preparation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Prepare the sauce<\/strong> In a bowl, combine all Big Mac sauce ingredients and chill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Preheat<\/strong> your Air Fryer Ninja at 200\u00b0C for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Season<\/strong> the steaks with salt and pepper. Place them in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 200\u00b0C for about 4 minutes on each side for well-done steaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Add cheese<\/strong> Place a slice of cheddar cheese on one of the steaks in the Air Fryer, then heat for a further 1 minute to melt the cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Toast the bread<\/strong> Place the three slices of bread in the Air Fryer for about 1 minute at 200\u00b0C to crisp them slightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Assembly<\/strong> :\n

        • Spread a layer of sauce over the base of the lower loaf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Add a handful of lettuce, onions, a cheese-free steak and the pickles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Then place the central slice of bread.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Repeat with another layer of sauce, lettuce, onions, steak with melted cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cover with the top loaf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
